Since 2013, the Sevilla Swing Festival has sought to create a unique balance between live music and dance spaces, while also offering a wide range of parallel activities such as film screenings, exhibitions, publications, workshops, and talks. These elements have made the festival a well-established event in Seville’s cultural scene.

With a lineup featuring international artists and a spotlight on new local projects, this festival has become a living cultural heritage of the city. More than just an entertainment event, Sevilla Swing has promoted swing culture over the years, contributing to the growth of a movement that now brings together thousands of people—not only during its three-day program but throughout the year. Interest in this genre and, particularly, in its associated dance styles has significantly increased.

At the same time, the festival has fostered the development of professional sectors connected to the swing scene, from dance instructors and schools to designers and artisans who, through Sevilla Swing’s market and cabaret, have found a platform to showcase their fashion, brands, and handcrafted products.
